Returns & Exchanges Policy

We truly hope you love your purchase! However, if you find that an item doesn’t quite meet your expectations, you’re welcome to request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. 😊

Returns

Our orders are normally shipped from our U.S. and European warehouses. If an item is out of stock there, it will be shipped from our Chinese warehouse.

‼️ Please note:
Items shipped via Chinese international shipping cannot be returned, except in cases of product defects. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

If the return is not due to a product defect or shipping issue, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. For any returns, please do not send items back to the original shipping address. We will provide the correct return address via email upon your request.

There is no restocking fee, and refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect your returned items.

Wholesale Orders & Special Discount Orders

Wholesale orders, bulk purchases, customized orders, and orders placed with special discounts or promotional pricing may have different return policies.

Due to the nature of wholesale pricing, large quantities, and special offers, these orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the items are defective, damaged during shipping, or there is an error with the order.

For wholesale or discounted orders, please confirm product details, colors, quantities, and specifications before placing your order. Our team is always happy to assist with samples or product recommendations before purchase.

Exchanges

If you would like a different color or fabric, please initiate a return for your original purchase and place a new order for the item you prefer. We recommend confirming your choice before purchasing, as we do not offer exchanges.
